During the early Eighties, KMTV ran the entire "Sherlock Holmes" series of movies on Saturday afternoons with Dr. San Guinary doing the hosting chores. This truly odd combination ran for a short time, and it seems that most of the bootleg video available to San Guinary Fans comes from this show (since it aired in the early eighties, a few fans had access to VCR's).

In this link, San Guinary is looking to hire on an assistant to help him in some detective work. His first candidate is a very tall blonde with a very interesting (and non-PC) t-shirt.

This is a shot of the set for The Sherlock Holmes Theater show. Not very good because of poor video tape quality. Basically a library setup, very unlike CREATURE FEATURE’s set.

In this link, Santa Claus answers San Guinary’s request for an assistant and leaves him on his front porch. Unfortunately, the assistant is a wee too young for the job.

A nice close up of the doctor’s “assistant”, who is all decked out with a mini Inverness jacket and Sherlock Holmes hat. Anyone out there have any idea who the baby was in these two stills?
