The Original Creature Feature

This web site is dedicated to the memory of Omaha’s horror movie host Dr. San Guinary, who hosted CREATURE FEATURE for ten years from 1971-1981 on KMTV Channel 3.

Dr. San Guinary was played by KMTV Producer John Jones, who passed away in 1988 of cancer. In his time on the Omaha airwaves he helped raise money for Muscular Dystrophy and other charities, became a popular figure in the local community and achieved pop-culture status with a lot of us older “Gen-X” folks.

Within this website is a lot of Dr. San Guinary/ Creature Feature memorabilia that I have compiled over the years. Some of it is from other fans and some of it is from the Jones family themselves. To all i thank you for your contributions.
